They run in parallel and can be taken on the same day — simply swap the cartridge in your pen. S-Core 200 (spermidine) is a daily shot at 10–12 pen units (8 mg – 9.6 mg) for 20 days, then 10 days off. N-Core 500 (NAD⁺) is one 50 mg shot every second or third day. Always consult your doctor to determine the exact dosage that is right for your body.
