1. Clean the injection site

Use the provided alcohol pad to disinfect the skin (abdomen, upper thigh, or upper arm).

2. Prepare the pen

Attach the cartridge and remove the needle cap.

3. Pinch and inject

Gently pinch the skin and push injection pen against your skin.

4. Press to release

Press the button slowly to deliver your NAD+ microdose.

5. Remove and dispose

Withdraw the pen gently and remove the needle using the safety cap. Dispose needle safely.

6. Store safely

Keep your pen clean and store cartridges in a cool, dark place (ideally refrigerated, but do not freeze).

Getting Started

If you’re new to NAD+ microdosing, we recommend beginning with a 50 mg dose for three consecutive days. This initial loading phase helps elevate your NAD+ levels and creates a strong cellular foundation.


Maintenance Phase

After the first three days, transition to a maintenance rhythm of 50 mg every second or third day, depending on your personal needs, energy levels, and recovery goals.


One Cartridge = 500 mg

Each cartridge contains 500 mg of NAD+, providing up to 10 standard doses. Always monitor your usage and replace the cartridge when empty.


Tip: Listen to your body and adjust your rhythm if needed. Some users prefer slightly more frequent dosing during periods of high stress, travel, or recovery.
