Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no minimum term. Cancel in your account before the next delivery date and nothing more is charged.

Can I skip a month or change the date?

Yes. Skip a delivery, move the date, change how often it ships or swap cartridges in your account.

When am I charged?

Per delivery. The first one at checkout, the next ones on the delivery date. You always see the next date in your account.

Do I need a new pen?

No. Every cartridge fits the Longevity Pen you already have.

Can I switch between NAD+ and spermidine?

Yes. Both cartridges fit the same pen. Swap them as your protocol needs.

How do I store new cartridges?

Cool and dark, ideally in the fridge. Do not freeze them.
