Shipping policy
We ship from the Netherlands with DHL. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
Where we ship
All EU countries, plus Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Monaco, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Ukraine, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. We do not ship to the United States or Canada.
Shipping costs (DHL Express)
- Netherlands: €17,80
- EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Monaco, Turkey and Ukraine: €25
- Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Israel: €35
You see the exact cost, and any other shipping options for your address, at checkout before you pay. Subscription deliveries are charged the same shipping rate per delivery.
Processing time and shipping days
We ship from Monday to Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays or at the weekend, so your parcel is never in transit over a weekend. Please allow up to 10 days for processing. Your order confirmation email shows this as well.
Packaging
Cartridges ship at room temperature in protective packaging. Store them in the fridge when they arrive.
Customs and import duties
Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These are at the recipient's expense and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Damaged or missing parcels
Contact support@longevitypen.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
